By ordering services from B3 Productions you agree to the following Service Agreement for Digital Imagery.
All of our images are copyrighted (intellectual property of B3 Productions LLC)
Limited Licensing Release: In order to provide you with the best service and support at reasonable pricing, B3 Productions does not sell our photographs, We license their use. The fee quoted is especially dependent on full payment of the invoice, using the photographs only as indicated, and protecting them with proper copyright notification.
This service agreement is a limited license photo release.
Images delivered are licensed to the agent for the purpose of listing a property only.
The term of the listing shall not exceed 1 year.
A primary photo can be used for a longer duration and for additional “sold” marketing materials.
MLS package: The real estate agent or client is granted Temporary Usage Rights to use those images until the property is either sold, rented, or otherwise goes off the market.
Portfolio package: The client is granted Permanent Usage Rights to use those images forever, for all marketing purposes.
The images you purchase are non-transferable and cannot be given away, bartered or sold. The client who pays for the images is the only one who has the rights to use the images. For example, a realtor pays for images but cannot give those images to the builder, designer, remodeler, stager, etc. of that property photographed.
For image integrity and quality control, we ask that Images not be altered once delivered. Image editing will be done by B3 Productions, fees may apply.
B3 Productions must be credited for the images purchased.

If images were not paid for, we will ask the image user to do 1 of 3 things (depending on the usage purposes of the images):
- Ask the user to remove the images from the site / source within the next 24-hours.
- Ask the user to correctly reference/credit B3 Productions as the photographer for each image.
- Ask the user to pay for permanent usage rights to continue using the images, that way they can use them forever, for all marketing purposes.
Copyright infringement is a serious issue for our photographers and our business. Any parties who use our images without permission or legitimate payment will be issued a Cease and Desist.

Acceptance of Terms:
By entering and using our Site or Services, you accept these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance of these Terms creates a binding contract between you and B3 Productions that you will use the Service only in a manner consistent with these Terms.
In the case of inconsistencies between these Terms and information included in other materials (for example, promotional materials and mailers), these Terms will always control with respect to the Site and Service.
